GO BEYOND CERTIFICATION

Get Ready for Life On Board.

Green Crew Academy’s 3-Day Interior Steward Boot Camp bridges the gap between earning your certifications and actually stepping aboard your first yacht. Through hands-on training, real-world practice, and industry guidance, you’ll build the practical skills, confidence, and professionalism employers expect from new crew.

What To Expect

Three Days Designed to Prepare You for the Real World

This isn’t another certification course. It’s practical training designed to help you understand what working as an interior steward actually looks like — from yacht hierarchy and cabin standards to guest service, laundry, communication, and finding your first position.

Over three intensive days, you’ll learn, practice, and apply the skills you’ll need to walk onto your first yacht feeling prepared.

Here’s a breakdown of what to expect each day of the course.
